This feature enhances the “Send Documents” action, allowing you to select multiple documents or all the documents (both standard and additional) for an object and send all the selected documents to the “Send Documents To” recipient.

The example below demonstrates the process.  The initiation of the “Send Documents” action and the selection of documents to send have not changed.

In the next step select Documents from the drop down and then Next.

Now, in the step to select the object's documents (Standard and/or Additional) you have the option to select multiple documents, or you can select all the documents for either your standard documents or additional documents.

In the example below, all the documents for the object have been selected to send.

After selecting the documents and choosing the “Send Documents” option, the final step, as before, requires providing the “Send To” information.
