Deprecate Show Balance History Action on License

This Optional Feature, when enabled, will allow you to control whether the deprecated Show Balance History action is available on the Licenses screen. When the feature is active, the action is removed from the user interface.

This feature provides you with a transition step to help support the deprecation and removal of the (deprecated) Show Balance History Action on the License. 

Steps to Enable

If you need to change the Opt In state for this feature:

• Go to the optional feature UI - Configuration and Administration > Property Management > Optional Features.

Your user must have the DBA.ADMIN user role to use this functionality.

• Select the Deprecate Show Balance History Action on License optional feature.
• Run the desired action for the feature - Opt In or Opt Out
