Business Number Generator Provided for Create Shipment Shipment Equipment

This feature extends the use of the Business Number Generator (BNG) for your Create Shipment (SAW) scenarios to include the Shipment Equipment ID.

In the example below, there are three s_equipments.  One s_equipment has its GID assigned "GUEST.6011", the other two will have their sEquipmentXids generated using BNG.
