REST - Shipment Group Support for Create, Modify, Delete

This feature enhances the REST API methods supported for the Shipment Group to include Post, Patch and Delete. 

This enhancement continues the ongoing initiative to provide full REST support for all the objects in the application,  Allowing you to move from an XML or a hybrid XML and REST integration approach to an all REST Services approach.
