Buy Shipment Download Documents Action

This feature introduces a new buy shipment web action “Download Documents”, which allows you to select multiple documents (standard or additional documents) and download the set of selected documents. Previously, downloading documents was only available as a per-document action. 

Buy Shipment Download Documents Web Action

When the “Download Documents” action is run for your Buy Shipments with documents, the action provides all available documents (both standard and additional documents) for you to select for downloading. Once you have selected the set of documents to download, the Download Documents button initiates the download process for the selected set.  You can select as many documents as you like, however, please note there is a 10 MB download limit.
