Disable Service Provider Selection For Open Tender - User Preference
This feature provides you with a new User Preference, Disable Service Provider Selection For Open Tender, which can be used to remove the option of selecting the set of Lane Service Providers to include in your open tenders which includes both spot bid tenders and broadcast tenders.
In the example below, the user preference “Disable Service Provider Selection For Open Tender” has been set to Yes. With this configuration in place, when you initiate an open tender - in the example below, for a spot bid tender - the ability to select/deselect lane service providers is not available and the Add Service Provider section of the UI is hidden.
In the example provided below, the user preference “Disable Service Provider Selection For Open Tender” has been set to "No", which is also the default behavior when the user preference is not set. In this configuration, you have the option to select/deselect lane service providers, and the Add Service Provider section is provided, as shown below.

This feature provides the option to enforce the inclusion of all your valid and configured service providers in your open tenders.
Steps to Enable
To take advantage of this feature, configure the value for “Disable Service Provider Selection For Open Tender” user preference to Yes and then assign the configured user preference to the desired domain, user, user level.

Tips And Considerations
The user preference “Disable Service Provider Selection For Open Tender” overrides the property “glog.webserver.opentender.servProvDefaultUnSelected”, which when set to true will deselect all the service providers listed on the open tender. If the new “Disable Service Provider Selection For Open Tender” is used, the check box will remain checked even when the property is set to true.
