Enhanced Workbench - Quote Added as Object Type

This feature adds the Quote Object Type to the available Table Component Object Types you can configure in the Enhanced Workbench.  The addition of the Quote Object Type allows you to configure an Enhanced Workbench providing you with a complete view of your quote activity - including the quotes related order release(s) and the order release(s) related buy and sell side shipments.

In the example Enhanced Workbench below, selecting a quote provides visibility to all the related order releases for the quote along with the related buy and sell side shipments.
