Cache Access Tokens by External System

This Optional Feature, when enabled, ensures that the cached OAUTH access tokens associated with an external system are refreshed whenever there are authentication changes.  In addition to the automatic refresh - a manual token refresh cache option has also been provided.

This Optional Feature enhances stability and resilience by providing a way to revert to the previous behavior in the unlikely event that there is an issue with the token refresh logic.

Steps to Enable

If you need to change the Opt In state for this feature:

• Go to the Optional Feature UI - Configuration and Administration > Property Management > Optional Features.

Your user must have the DBA.ADMIN user role to use this functionality.

• Select the Cache Access Tokens by External System feature.
• Run the desired Action for the feature - Opt In or Opt Out.
