Trade Incentive Program Operations Set

A new business object, “Operation Set,” has been introduced to automate the creation of declarations from inventory records. This object centralizes key attributes of the resulting declaration, including the declaration template (object type), declaration date (date of operation), and duty drawback eligibility (operation type). The Transaction Data Configuration and Declaration Data Configuration define which data elements are copied from the inventory record to the declaration’s header and line, ensuring consistency and reducing manual effort in the declaration process.

Centralizing all relevant configurations—such as data to be copied and applicable conditions—into a single location allows for quick access and a consolidated view of all settings.
