Create Declaration from Inventory Record

This new feature automates the creation of a declaration directly from an inventory record. When triggered, the system uses the Operation ID specified in the action to identify the appropriate declaration template and determine which attributes to copy into the new declaration

Below the Operation Id with the information relevant to create the new declaration:

Operation Id

Select the “Transaction to Declaration” as the Association type when creating the Data Configuration. The application will copy the data from the original transaction/declaration. The quantity will be copied from the inventory record.  

By automating the creation of declarations from inventory records, this feature reduces manual effort, improves data accuracy, and streamlines the overall workflow—resulting in increased efficiency and fewer user errors.
