Allow Partial Reconciliation on Entry/Exit Recording Action

The Perform Entry/Exit Recording Action has been enhanced to support partial quantity reconciliation. A new attribute, "Partial Reconciliation Allowed", has been added to the Trade Incentive Program User Interface.

• When set to TRUE, the application will allow partial quantity matching.
• When set to FALSE, the application will only perform the matching if there is enough quantity in the inventory records to fully cover the quantity specified on the exit transaction line.

This enhancement is especially beneficial in environments with fluctuating stock levels, as it allows businesses to continue processing transactions without being restricted by full inventory availability. It also helps maintain control over inventory deductions and ensures compliance with trade incentive programs.
