Use LRU Cache for Shipment Allocation

This Optional Feature, when enabled, will direct the application to use a LRU (least recently used) cache approach for shipment allocation.

This usage of an LRU cache for shipment allocation is being implemented to improve performance.  This Optional Feature provides a backward compatible fallback as the LRU approach is rolled out.

Steps to Enable

If you need to change the Opt In state for this feature:

• Go to the Optional Feature UI - Configuration and Administration > Property Management > Optional Features.

NOTE: Your user must have the DBA.ADMIN user role to use this functionality.

• Select the Cache Access Tokens by External System feature.
• Run the desired Action for the feature - Opt In or Opt Out.
