Use New Non-Freight Related Stop Type to Remove Stops when Disbanding Work Assignments

The new NFR Stop Type is used to remove a Non-Freight Related Stop when disbanding a Work Assignment. The Shipment gained the NFR stop during the Work Assignment Process and the new field was populated. The logic now looks to this field to know if a shipment stop should be removed or not.  WA disband will never add NFR stops.

Use Case for Non Freight Related Stop

The Gantt Chart now contains the NFR Stop so that you can see where a new shipment starts right after a previous shipment. When the Work Assignment is disbanded, the NFR stops that were added to represent this continuity are also removed from the shipment.
