Data Export - Deletes - Include Timestamp
This Optional Feature, when enabled, will provide a timestamp indicating when deleted records provided with the Data Export API were deleted.
Business Benefit: The inclusion of the delete time stamp allows you to more easily track the lifecycle of the records deleted, allowing for improved auditing, traceability and data synchronization between system.
Steps to Enable and Configure
If you need to change the Opt In state for this feature:
- Go to the Optional Feature UI - Configuration and Administration > Property Management > Optional Features.
Your user must have the DBA.ADMIN user role to use this functionality.
- Select the Data Export - Deletes - Include Timestamp feature.
- Run the desired Action for the feature - Opt In or Opt Out.
