Handle Dups When Copying REFNUM and Involved Party

This Optional Feature, when enabled, prevents exceptions in logs by handling duplicate refnums and involved parties during copying.

Steps to Enable and Configure

If you need to change the Opt In state for this feature:

• Go to the Optional Feature UI - Configuration and Administration > Property Management > Optional Features.

Your user must have the DBA.ADMIN user role to use this functionality.

• Select the Handle Dups When Coping REFNUM and Involved Party feature.
• Run the desired Action Opt Out/Opt IN.

Tips And Considerations

• Enabling this feature helps prevent accidental duplication and the issues that can come from it, such as inconsistent data or unnecessary error messages.
• Once enabled, the system will automatically manage potential duplicates during the copy process.
