LNM - Ability to Export Scenario Bulk Plan Results

When running the Compare Scenario Bulk Plan action on a Modeling Project/Scenario with a large number of bulk plans (e.g., 700+), the current UI does not offer an easy way to export results, making it difficult for users to perform effective comparisons. To address this, a BIP report has been created that mirrors the compare scenario bulk plan result screen and accepts a list of scenario GIDs as input, enabling users to export and review the results in any format supported by BIP reports.

Business Benefit: The ability to export Scenario Bulk Plan results allows you to efficiently extract, review, and compare large volumes of bulk plan data outside the application UI.  This will allow for improved results analysis, and will be particularly useful when the number of bulk plans to review are large and cannot easily be analyzed using the standard UI.
