Support Scanning Cancelled / Consumed LPNs in Reserve-to-Reserve Replenishment

There are scenarios in which reserve locations contained physically empty boxes whose inventory had either been fully picked (IBLPN in status Consumed) or whose quantity had been updated to zero (IBLPN in status Cancelled). Warehouse users often prefer to reuse these containers and retain their existing LPN numbers, rather than creating new LPNs or printing new labels.

However, the RF Distribute Replenishment process (Reserve to Reserve Replenishment) only allowed users to scan new LPNs or LPNs containing inventory at the destination location (IBLPN in status Located). It did not allow scanning Cancelled or Consumed LPNs as the 'To LPN.'To address this operational gap, RF Distribute has been enhanced to allow the reuse of empty Cancelled and Consumed LPNs. Users can now scan Cancelled or Consumed LPNs as the 'To LPN' during RF Distribute Replenishment for Reserve-to-Reserve CONSOL_REPLEN and REPLEN-CASES tasks.

This enhancement reduces unnecessary label generation, enables efficient reuse of LPNs, and leads to faster replenishment execution as well as lower material and operational costs.

NOTE: The system will not allow scanning a consumed IBLPN if there is an existing OBLPN with the same container number.
