Redwood: Capture Images during Create LPN

You can now capture and upload images in real-time during Mobile Create LPN transaction. This feature gives warehouse managers visibility to inspect the condition of the containers and validate when creating, receiving, and loading containers. By capturing real-time images, we expand the capabilities of our WMS and improve warehouse operations.

  • A new screen parameter “capture-lpn-image” with options "Yes/No" is introduced to the Mobile Create LPN transaction.

NOTE: On mobile device, you can only capture images but cannot attach existing images. Multiple images can be uploaded for an LPN. The number of attachments is incremented with each image uploaded.

  • If capture-lpn-image is:
    • "No/Blank", the default Create LPN flow applies (no image capture).
    • "Yes", the user can capture a Create LPN image when ending the pallet (CTRL-E).
  • On ending the LPN, the system displays Image Capture screen. The captured image is linked to the LPN created.

Steps to Enable and Configure

  1. Go to your Create LPN module.
  2. Parameter > Screen Parameter “capture-lpn-image”.
  3. Select you param choice, Yes/No.
  4. Click Save.
