Accumulate Same SKU Quantities in Outbound Audit
During the Mobile Outbound Audit (rf.outbound.cwrfauditlpnplt) transaction, auditors may scan the same SKU multiple times. In SKU-Qty mode, repeated same SKU scans overwrites the existing quantity for that SKU. In this case, auditors are forced to reconcile and enter total SKU quantity to track correctly, which increases audit time and the risk of counting errors.
Outbound Audit transaction now supports accumulating quantities for the same SKU in the SKU-Qty mode. When the same SKU is scanned multiple times during the same audit for an OBLPN, the system accumulates the quantity and displays a running total for that SKU.
This helps you with the following:
- Reduces manual counting and re-entry for repeated SKU scans.
- Speeds up Outbound Audit.
To control same SKU quantity accumulation in the SKU-Qty mode, we have added the following new screen parameter to the module rf.outbound.cwrfauditlpnplt:

NOTE:
- This screen parameter is applicable only to SKU-Qty mode.
- You can use the “Ctrl-Q: SKU Details” hotkey to view the accumulated SKU quantity.
EXAMPLE
During a multi-SKU OBLPN 12345 audit in SKU-Qty mode when accumulate-sku-qty is enabled, the auditor scans SKUs in the following sequence:
- SKU-A with a quantity of 2.
- SKU-B with a quantity of 4.
- SKU-A with a quantity of 6.
The system now maintains a running total quantity of 8 for SKU-A and 4 for SKU-B during the Outbound Audit.
Steps to enable and configure
To accumulate quantities when the same SKU is scanned multiple times during the same audit for an OBLPN in SKU-Qty mode, set the “accumulate-sku-qty” screen parameter to “Yes”.
