We are launching new Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities within Oracle Responsys. These features leverage a secure and private hosted Large Language Model (LLM) to enhance the creativity and engagement of marketing campaigns.

• Email Body Generator: Create detailed email content tailored to campaign preferences.
• Push Notification Title Generator: Generate effective push notification titles that capture audience's interest.
• Push Notification Body Generator: Generate attention-grabbing push notification content to increase user interaction.
• SMS Content Generator: Create short and impactful SMS messages to boost customer engagement.

NOTE: This feature is in controlled availability. Customers interested in accessing Responsys GenAI must contact their Account Manager to request to be included in the Oracle Responsys GenAI Early Adopter Program.

Tips And Considerations

Responsys GenAI is designed with data privacy in mind, and account data will not be used for training of LLM or Algorithms.
