Redwood is the name of Oracle's next generation user experience. Eloqua has been implementing Redwood throughout the platform for the last several releases. Leading into 24C, updates improves the responsiveness and loading times of the Redwood experience were delivered behind the scenes.

With 24C, Redwood has arrived in the following areas throughout Eloqua:

  • Picklist manager
    • Create and manage picklists
    • Upload picklist options
    • Export picklists
    • Tip: Picklists with over 500 options must be uploaded
  • A/B test campaign guided process
    • Create a new A/B test campaign

    • Signature Layouts and Signature Rules
    • Shared Content
    • Lead Score Models

Tips And Considerations

NOTE: Eloqua has announced that as of 24D (Nov 2024), the Redwood Experience will become the default view when users log into Eloqua. Users will still be able to toggle back to the current view from Redwood if they choose.
