Releasing 6 additional Gen AI-based content generation capabilities. These controlled features offers Generative AI capabilities for crafting messages across Web Push, Message Center, In-App Message and Documents.

• Web Push Title and Text Generator: Leverages AI to generate engaging titles and persuasive text for web push notifications, optimizing click-through rates and conversions.
• In-App Text Generator: Provides AI-driven suggestions for Mobile App In-App messages, tailoring content to user behavior and preferences for maximum engagement.
• Message Center Text and Body Generator: Creates compelling and relevant texts for message center (title and body) notifications, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
• Document Generator: Utilizes AI to create tailored long-format documents, such as case studies, full emails, brief reports or proposals, based on specific prompt. This helps saving time and effort for long format content generation.
• GenAI Content Management :
  • Bookmarks: Save generated AI content for future reference with the option to create, remove, or export bookmarks. Bookmarks are stored permanently.
  • History: Access a full history of AI interactions for each use case, providing insights into past AI results and input prompts. GenAI History is retained for up to six months.

This feature is in controlled availability. Customers interested in accessing Responsys GenAI must contact their Account Manager to request to be considered for the Oracle Responsys GenAI Early Adopter Program.

• As of 24B, Responsys Gen AI features are part of controlled availability and offered on a complimentary basis through our Responsys Gen AI Early Adopter Program. The Advanced Intelligence Add-on is not currently required but please note that these powerful AI capabilities may transition into a paid feature in the future.

• Accounts on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) are eligible to request access to Responsys GenAI features.
• Participation in the Responsys GenAI Early Adopter program is required. Responsys GenAI is offered on complimentary basis. We have restrictions on the amount of AI content that can be generated at a given time.
