Responsys Mobile App Uninstall Reporting Enhancement

Marketers can now view Mobile App Uninstalls for a given time duration.  The Confirmed Delivery Receipt feature now informs Responsys' determination if a mobile app was uninstalled from a device by the user.  This augments the Mobile App Uninstall information we receive from Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

Steps to Enable

To enable this feature you need to log a Service Request (SR).

This enhancement is in controlled availability (CA). To request to have it enabled for your account, please contact Oracle Support.
