Generative AI Support for Web Push, In-App and Message Center

Now available in controlled availability, Responsys Generative AI (GenAI) simplifies the creative process by providing intelligent, high-quality suggestions tailored to specific tones, purposes, and business needs. 

With this controlled availability release, there are 6 AI content generators which are embedded across message designers:
1.    Web Push Title Generator: Designs click-worthy web push notification titles.
2.    Web Push Body Generator: Generates tailored web push body content.
3.    In-App Message Text Generator: Provides content for in-app notifications.
4.    Message Center Subject Generator: Develops compelling subjects for message centers.
5.    Message Center Text Generator: Creates detailed text for message centers.
6.    Document Content Generator: Helps generate long-format text content for documents or emails.
 
These are an extension to the existing 5 generative AI features for Responsys. 

Responsys empowers users to craft high-performing email subject lines, bodies, push notifications, SMS messages, and more. 

Steps to Enable

To enable this feature you need to log a Service Request (SR).

Responsys Generative AI features are under Controlled Availability as of the 25A release. To request access for your account, please contact your account manager or create a service request.

Tips And Considerations

Responsys GenAI is currently being offered on complimentary basis; fees/SKU may apply in the future. We have restrictions on the amount of AI content that can be generated at a given time.
