Redwood Picklist Validation
Remove Picklist Validation for Duplicate Option Names with Unique Values
With the Redwood Experience picklist configuration screen, we started validating duplicate option names with unique values to align with the Application API
- This protects against incorrect data being selected that can occur from picklists duplicate option names
- A controlled availability will be released with 25B, which will remove this validation from the Application API endpoint /API/REST/2.0/assets/optionList/{ID} and the Redwood configuration screen for picklists.
You asked, we delivered! Based on customer feedback, we have found very specific use cases that some marketers have for this configuration thus have made it possible to accommodate.
