UBI / Infinity Analytics Event Identification Without Using PII

Oracle CX Mobile SDK allows Mobile App developer to configure mobile Analytics events for UBI without using user’s PII. Latest Oracle CX Mobile SDK provides the API for app developer to fetch the user’s Profile RIID and use it with Analytics events.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

• This feature is available with latest Oracle CX Mobile SDK, and Mobile App developer need to call the fetch Profile RIID SDK API and use it with analytics events.
• The feature will be deselected by default
