Prebuilt Campaign Engagement Events Pipeline to Unity

Responsys now supports a pre-built Campaign Engagement Events Pipeline to Oracle Unity CDP.

Responsys Customers that have a Unity CDP Tenant can do a one-click activation of the events pipeline in Responsys. This events pipeline supports Email and SMS campaign engagement events along with Launch State data.

Steps to Enable

To enable this feature you need to log a Service Request (SR).

  • Admin user will have to navigate to the Campaign Engagement Events Pipeline to Unity Section in Manage Account and Activate the Events Pipeline
  • Optionally, the Admin user can upload an Encryption Key to encrypt the exported event files

Tips And Considerations

Responsys Customer Account admins will have to coordinate with their Unity counterparts to configure and publish a Responsys Event Ingest Job (based on a Responsys SFTP Source) in Unity, so that engagement events can be ingested into Unity CDP.
