Enhancements for Ingest Job Configuration

User interface improvements for Ingest Job setup, including clearer sourcing and field mapping workflows, overridden folder paths per job, and better field mapping edits, as well as enhanced ingest templates for Responsys and Eloqua event data.

Updated ingestion templates for Responsys and Eloqua. These ingestion template enhancements are designed to add additional event ingest options for both Responsys and Eloqua. These new mappings are available for customers who are using the unified data model.

Responsys:

  • For Email event: New attributes have been added to existing Responsys objects and new Responsys event objects have been created under the Events for the Responsys source data model. In addition to existing email event types, the following new email events have been added:
    • Converted
    • Opt-in
    • Opt-out
    • Skipped
    • Failed
    • Complaint
  • For SMS, LaunchState event: Two new template types have been added:
    • SMS
    • LaunchState

Important: These ingestion template enhancements are available only to customers provisioned after October 2024. No changes are applied for Unity customer instances prior to October 2024. Until the deployment of Responsys 25B, users are advised not to use the new ingestion templates with a Responsys source. There are attributes that are required for the new templates that will be released in the next version of Responsys. The new ingestion templates will become fully functional only after the Responsys 25B release.

Eloqua:

  • For Email event: New attributes have been added to existing Eloqua activity types.
