Campaign Performance and Campaign Analysis for customers with Responsys

Enhanced metrics and analysis for one-time Responsys Email and SMS campaigns are now available, offering extended multi-channel analytics, engagement, and revenue insights. This unlocks deeper decision support for marketers to optimize campaign performance.

Under controlled availability for customers provisioned Unity after October 2024. Note: Responsys Email Campaign Engagement Events, SMS Campaign Engagement Events and Launch State data into Unity CDP is a pre-requisite.

How to Set up the ingestion of Responsys Email Campaign, SMS Campaign Engagement Events and Launch State data into Unity CDP:

  • Co-ordinate with the Responsys Account Admin to Activate the “Prebuilt Campaign Engagement Events Pipeline to Unity” in Responsys (see Oracle Responsys Campaign Management Cloud 25B What's New)
  • Create a Responsys SFTP Source based on the Updated ingestion templates for Responsys Email, SMS, LaunchState Events (see Unity 25.05 Release Notes)
  • Configure and publish a Responsys Events Ingest Job based on the Responsys SFTP Source

Campaign Performance for One time campaigns: An Enhanced Campaign Performance for One time campaigns feature is now available for Responsys + Unity Customers in controlled availability.

  • Multichannel support: Analyze Email or SMS Campaigns
  • Email Metrics supported: Contact count, Messages sent, Bounce rate, Delivery rate, Open rate, Click rate, Click-to-open rate, Conversion rate, Average order value, Revenue
  • SMS Metrics supported: Contact count, Messages sent, Bounce rate, Delivery rate, Click rate, Conversion rate, Average order value, Revenue
