Next Best Offer(NBO) Model enhancements
The underlying algorithms of the Next Best Offer (NBO) models have been enhanced to deliver more relevant product or offer recommendations. The updated models now take into account a richer combination of signals—including product-level engagement, overall popularity, and product newness—resulting in more personalized recommendations. If you've already configured the NBO model in your tenant, we recommend re-running your training and scoring jobs to take advantage of these enhancements.
Additionally, Next Best Offer (NBO) model has been enhanced to improve performance with large datasets (customers and products) in its scoring process.

- Greater Personalization: The enhanced NBO models use a broader range of signals, such as product-level engagement, popularity, and newness, leading to recommendations that are more closely aligned with each customer’s interests and behavior.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
