New Report: Stuck Records

  • The Stuck Records Report will run daily with the following criteria:
    • Entered step within the last three months 
    • For App steps: Records have been in the step for 24 hours or more
    • For Native steps: Records that do not have a next evaluation set
  • The report will include data on the canvas steps with stuck records
  • The report will be available on: 
    • Redwood canvas launch screens under "Actions" (Will include all canvases)
    • Individual canvases under Reports > Operational Reports
  • There will be an option to Export the report

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
