Conversational Marketing with RCS
Releasing RCS Messaging capabilities in Responsys through CX app built by Google certified partner. Marketers can now design Responsys programs to target customers with all RCS message types. They can design a dialog flow around all the expected subscribers' responses.
Other enhancements which utilize full potential of the channel's conversational capability:
- Entire design time experience would reside within Responsys.
- RCS specific events will be captured for targeting and reporting
- List management of RCS enabled subscribers
- Centralized billing into full-service SKU
Steps to Enable
To enable this feature you need to log a Service Request (SR).
This is a controlled availability feature. Please contact Oracle Support or your Oracle Account Manager if you are interested in this feature. Once approved, onboarding activities will be required prior to being able to use. More information will be provided by Oracle and Partner directly.
Tips And Considerations
In this version, only Enterprise initiated conversations are supported (no user-initiated conversations). Marketer would define response options for messages as CTAs to build conversations.
