Responsys Mobile MessageCenter Message Read/Unread Tracking
Responsys Mobile has introduced a new feature that tracks the MessageCenter message read/unread status in the Responsys backend.

- A user’s message read/unread status is available in the centralized Responsys backend, enabling status tracking across multiple devices.
- Mobile apps do not need to maintain message status locally.

Tips And Considerations
Mobile app developers can use new Mobile SDK APIs to track the message status. New attributes in the Message data structure allow developers to determine whether a message is read or unread.
