Consent Capture
With this release, the RCS/WhatsApp CX app messaging setup for Responsys now captures permission status based on subscriber input. Marketers can design opt-out buttons for their OTT messages and define opt-out keywords. The OTT PETs will be updated when a subscriber shows opt-out intent within 4 days of the marketer’s last message. Opt-out actions may include clicking the original message’s opt-out button or responding with an opt-out keyword.

- Reduces unwanted outreach by reflecting opt-out intent in permission status more reliably and quickly.
