Custom Columns in RCS/WhatsApp Events

With this release, all RCS/WhatsApp events will now capture additional brand specific proprietary information passed as key-value pairs while configuring OTT programs. These will be available as part of Delivered event.

Business Benefits:

• Improves reporting and analytics by providing richer Delivered-event context for segmentation, rollups, and attribution
