SDK API to remove sensitive information from URL

With this release, the Responsys SDK introduced a new API that no longer includes user or app instance information in the URL. Previously, the Device ID and User ID were included in the request body; this has now been removed.

Business Benefit:

• Strengthens privacy and security posture by minimizing transmission of direct identifiers.
