Redwood Experience: Enhancements

With this update, Oracle Eloqua introduced new capabilities within the Redwood experience, such as the ability to open Launch Pads in a new browser tab, helping users work across multiple assets more efficiently.

Several customer-reported issues across the Redwood experience have also been resolved, including improvements to email editing, form configuration, Campaign Canvas navigation, Dynamic Content editing, and form processing. These enhancements are a direct result of customer feedback and our commitment to continuously improving the Redwood experience.

Specific customer-reported improvements addressed:  

  • Inability to save email headers and footers in the Redwood experience.
  • Form notification settings that could not be configured in Redwood.
  • Unexpected redirection to the main Campaign page during Campaign Canvas creation.
  • Unexpected email reloads when editing Dynamic Content.
  • Errors when creating forms from templates using the Update Contacts – With Custom Values processing step.
  • Limited field selection in the Update Contact with Custom Value form processing step.
