New Pre-defined Constant Columns for BAI Format Bank Files
For BAI Format Bank File transactions, the following new pre-defined constant columns have been added:
- FundsType1
- FundsType2
- FundsType3
If the value of Funds Type is āVā, the next two fields in the BAI Format Bank file are copied to FundsType1 and FundsType2. If the value of Funds Type is āSā, the next three fields in the BAI Format Bank file are copied to FundsType1, FundsType2, and FundsType3.
The new columns are available only when a new BAI Format Bank File transactions application is created within Data Exchange. There would be no impact on existing BAI Format Bank File transactions applications and integrations based on them.
Business Benefit: This feature enhances the usability of BAI Bank Format files.
