Fee Due Date in Communication Events

Applicants receiving fee related notifications will now see the payment due date along with the assessed fee amount.

This alerts applicant not only of the fees but when they are due.

Steps to Enable

To enable this feature, you need to update your communication templates to include the fee due date in the message body grid, as needed.

  1. Navigate to Communication Setup > Communication Events.
  2. Select the communication event you want to update.
  3. Click the Add button to add a communication template or click on the communication template you want to update.
  4. In the Communication Template Details, click Add Grid.
  5. Select Due Date from the list, and click Insert Grid in Message.
  6. On the Communication Template Details page, you'll see the message added to the body of the message.
