Reopen a Withdrawn Permit

Agency users can reopen Permits and Planning applications that are in Withdrawn status. This feature is applicable in addition to Expired and Completed statuses.

The Reopen Application option is available on the Application List and Overview pages.

Reopen withdrawn permit helps Agency staff to reopen a withdrawn permit application. This will prevent agency staff and registered public from submitting a fresh application and resume permit processing.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

Reopen application is existing functionality and is already available for:

• Expired permits
• Completed permits
• Completed Planning and Zoning applications.

This functionality is now being extended to Permits and Planning and Zoning applications that are in the "Withdrawn" status.
