Worklist Activities Report

A new BIP report, the Worklist Report, can be used by administrators and agency staff to determine open items in a worklist. For example, you can see all pending tasks for an agency staff member.

The report provides a link that opens the Permit in question and then you can click the Workflow tab, list view, to see all the tasks in the workflow.

You can also use the Worklist to search for and find the tasks you want.

Helps to obtain a consolidated worklist view for Workflow tasks.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
