Contractor Dashboard

The Contractor License dashboard visualizes several contractor license-related analyses like Top 10 contractors with the highest number of transactions, contractor license by status, and contractor insurers information and so on. Information about contractor types by license types are also made available, as shown below:

Oracle delivered Contractor analytics for Oracle Permitting and Licensing. 

Steps to Enable

To enable a new dashboard: 

1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance. 
2. Select your offering. 
3. Select Analytics and Reporting task list, click on Manage Dashboard Configuration. 
4. On the Dashboard Configuration click Add. 
5. In the Dashboard Configuration drawer enter the appropriate information.

6. Click Save. 

Tips And Considerations

You can include up to ten agency configured dashboards on the Reports and Dashboards header. Contractor License OTBI subject areas show analytics related to contractor licensing functionality.
