Remove PayPal from Payment Processing

On occasion, Oracle removes existing features. Starting in 25B, PayPal integration will be unavailable as an option for customer payments.

PayPal configuration option has been removed from payment processing.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
