Intake Form Content Displayed and Hidden on Static Pages Per Agency Configuration

When you create application forms in the Intake Form Designer, you drag and drop predefined field groups onto your form design, such as the Application, Applicant, or Comments field groups.

When designing your form you can modify the label of a field group, and you can modify various attributes for the fields within the field group. For example, for the Comments field group, you can modify the following attributes for the Comments field.

  • Label
  • Placeholder
  • Default Value
  • Required
  • Hidden

With this release, any updates you make to the field group attributes or a field group field's attributes in the Intake Form Designer will be reflected in both the intake form and the application page displaying the intake form content, such as within the Permit Details pages.

This synchronizes content on the intake form with the content the agency interacts with while processing an application, creating a consistent display and experience.
