Enhancements to Workflow Subject Areas

Updates to the Workflow subject area include new attributes and dimensions, and additional metrics to facilitate reporting.

We added additional attributes to the existing dimension and updated the Workflow Activities dimension with newly added Task Info and Task Assignee dimensions.

These are the new metrics added to the Workflow subject area:

  • Count of tasks performing the Request Info activity
  • Count of tasks performing the Info Submit activity
  • Count of tasks in Unassigned Status
  • Tasks in Unassigned Status greater than 10 days
  • Count of tasks in the same status for more than 30 days
  • Self-Assignment Count
  • Alter Flow Count
  • Withdraws Count
  • Reassignment Count

These new attributes and metrics enhance the workflow subject areas for easier and faster reporting. 

Steps to Enable

Leverage new subject area(s) by adding to existing reports or using in new reports. For details about creating and editing reports, see the Creating and Administering Analytics and Reports book (available from the Oracle Help Center > your apps service area of interest > Books > Administration).
