AI Agent: Incident Analyzer

The Incident Analyzer analyzes incidents to provide details to agencies based on questions asked about incoming, overdue, and unassigned incidents.

Oracle delivers the Incident Analyzer in the AI Agent Studio. Use the template to create an agent of your own.

Steps to enable and configure

There are various steps to enable the AI Agent in Permitting and Licensing. You will need to use Oracle AI Agent Studio. For information and implementation of agents in Oracle AI Agent Studio, see Oracle AI for Fusion Applications on the Oracle Help Center. 

You will need to first enable the AI functionality in Permitting and Licensing for Code Enforcement. 

  1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance for Offerings > Offering > Code Enforcement. 
  2. Select Change Feature Opt In
  3. Select the pencil icon in the Features column of the Code Enforcement row.
  4. Select the Enable checkbox for "Enable AI Functionality for Code Enforcement". 
  5. Select Done. 

Once you've enabled the AI functionality, you will need to copy the template of the delivered AI Agent "Incident Analyzer" in the AI Agent Studio.
