Customer Account Migration and Deletion

You can migrate your legacy billing account relationships for planning applications, permits, and business licenses transactions to Permitting and Licensing using Import Management. Import Management improves definition, error handling, and performance for importing flat files (.CSV).

For example, Import Management has drag and drop mapping capabilities and validates the first ten records in your data file before you import to ensure the data meets the import constraints of the various attributes. It also provides error files and diagnostic logs for analyzing unsuccessful imports.

The Customer Cross Reference object is delivered in this release.

Allows customers to bring in their existing billing account relationships for permits, planning and zoning applications and business license transactions.
