Filter on Resource and Territory Hierarchy in Workspace and Redwood List Page
Resource and Territory Hierarchy filters are exposed in the Dashboard and when drilling down from there, the same filters will be honored in the Redwood List page as well. Also these are available to be used to filter records on Redwood List Page as well as Workspace. This helps in improving the usability of the list page and workspace.
This feature helps improve the usability of filtering records in both Workspace and Redwood Sales list pages.
Steps to Enable
To enabled the Resource and Territory Hierarchy fields in the list of filters, do the following steps:
- Navigate to the Setup and Maintenance work area and click the Configure Adaptive Search task.
- Click the Configure UI tab.
- Select the object on which you want to add the Resource and Territory Hierarchy fields as filters.
- Enable the desired fields.
- Click on Save.
