Use Generative AI to Manage Notes in CX Sales

Use generative AI to manage notes content. Use the prompt bar to add instructions for Gen AI to manage the note content e.g. after you have entered text in the notes, you can have Gen AI proofread the content by simply typing proof read in the prompt bar and clicking on Generate button.  You can also  summarize the note by typing summarize in the prompt bar or change the format to bullet format etc.  

Sales reps can now easily and efficiently manage notes using generative AI.

Steps to Enable

To enable this feature you need to log a Service Request (SR).

Enabling Generative AI feature require a promo code to enable them.  Please reach out to Oracle to obtain the promo code.

Tips And Considerations

As with all generative AI features, please have your users review and verify the generated content for correctness and accuracy.  

Access Requirements

If you're using custom roles and would like to restrict access to GenAI features to only specific roles, you may do so by granting those users ZCA_USE_GENAI_IN_SALES_PRIV privilege.
