Reply To Emails Using Generative AI
Generate replies to emails using Generative AI. With Generative AI features enabled for CX Sales, when you click on Reply or Reply All in Redwood Sales app, you have an option to generate email reply by clicking on Generate button. This uses the original email message to generate a reply and display that in the email body. You can then further edit it and user prompt bar to do simple things like proofread, change tone etc to personalize the response.
Generating response using generative ai and then using prompt bar helps sales rep craft effective communication with ease and efficiency.
Steps to Enable
To enable this feature you need to log a Service Request (SR).
Enabling Generative AI features require a promo code to enable them., Please contact Oracle to obtain the promo code.
Tips And Considerations
As with all generative AI features, it's important that your users clearly check and verify the content generated for correctness and accuracy.
Access Requirements
If you're using custom roles and would like to restrict access to GenAI features to only specific roles, you may do so by granting those users ZCA_USE_GENAI_IN_SALES_PRIV privilege.
